The gathering of world medical tourism activists at the 6th European Medical Tourism- EMT 2022
Conference EMT 2022 World Medical Tourism Conference was held in Abanoterme, Italy. This three-day event included several different events that started on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 with a special meeting “Insurance and its role in health tourism” at Abano Ritz Hotel Terme with the presence of health insurance companies from Europe and England. In this meeting, a panel entitled “Travel for health and well-being” to introduce the health insurance and welfare system of Switzerland, Italy and England and a round table on the topic of “branding of hospitals, clinics and hot water resorts” to examine how these sectors cooperate with Insurances were held.

The final part of the second day of the conference was the holding of the “Digital Revolution in Healthcare” workshop, and finally, valid certificates were awarded to the companies present.
But the most important part of the EMT 2022 conference was the holding of b2b meetings between the participants, which was held on the final day at the Premier Hotel in Abano Terme, with a warm welcome from the attendees.
