ویزیطب می‌خواهد وارد بازار کشورهای حاشیه خلیج‌فارس شود
مرتضی روشن بنیان‌گذار استارتاپ ویزیطب در گفت‌وگو با مدتورپرس خبر داد
استارتاپ ویزیطب توسط مرتضی روشن ۳۵ ساله که لیسانس نرم‌افزار دارد و ساکن بوشهر است، راه‌اندازی شده است. او می‌گوید: «من تا قبل از این در حوزه تبلیغات فعالیت می‌کردم و ایده راه‌اندازی ویزیطب هم به صورت اتفاقی با توجه به اینکه خودمان برای دریافت نوبت از پزشکان با مشکلاتی روبرو بودیم به ذهنمان رسید. جرقه این کار چند سالی است که زده شده و در این مدت بر روی ایده کار کرده‌ایم و می‌توانم بگویم شاید از اولین استارتاپ‌هایی به شمار می‌رویم که در حوزه نوبت دهی آنلاین کار را شروع کردیم. تقریبا یک سال است که کار را شروع کرده‌ایم. دفتر مرکزی ما در بوشهر است ولی در شهرهای اصفهان و یزد و استان‌های هرمزگان و فارس دفتر نمایندگی داریم و در استان‌های خراسان رضوی و تهران نیز به زودی قصد داریم دفتر نمایندگی باز کنیم.»
در استارتاپ ویزیطب چکار می‌کنید و چه خدماتی را ارائه می‌دهید؟
ما خدمات را به صورت فاز به فاز ارائه می‌دهیم. در فاز اول خدمات نوبت دهی آنلاین و آفلاین پزشکان را ایجاد کردیم و قصد داریم در آینده به تدریج به این خدمات بیافزاییم و از فازهای بعدی در آینده رونمایی خواهیم کرد.
فرآیند کار شما چگونه است؟ مطب‌ها و مراکز درمانی چطور می‌توانند از خدمات استفاده کنند؟
نماینده‌های ما در شهرهای مختلف به مطب‌ها و مراکز درمانی مراجعه می‌کنند و در مورد نحوه کار آنها را توجیه می‌کنند. پس از آن با پزشکان قراردادی می‌بندیم که تا ازاین پس برای نوبت دهی از سامانه ویزیطب استفاده کنند. سپس اطلاعات پزشک را پیوست قرارداد می‌کنند. این اطلاعات مواردی است که تیم فنی برای تکمیل پروفایل پزشک به آن نیاز دارد. سپس این اطلاعات را وارد سامانه می‌کنیم و نام کاربری و پسورد برای مدیریت پنل در اختیار پزشک می‌گذاریم و یک نام کاربری با دسترسی‌های محدودتر هم برای منشی مطب ایجاد می‌کنیم. از این پس پزشکان می‌توانند خدمات نویت‌دهی آنلاین را هم از طریق سامانه و هم از طریق اپلیکیشن در اختیار کاربران قرار دهند. خدمات برای استفاده تمام کاربران به صورت یکپارچه دردسترس است و همه کاربران از هر شهری می‌توانند از پزشک مورد نظر خود نوبت بگیرند.
استارتاپ‌های موفق در حوزه سلامت
خدمات آفلاین نوبت‌دهی استارتاپ ویزیطب چگونه است؟
ما قصد داریم این خدمات را از طریق کدهای USSD هم ارائه دهیم تا کاربران بدون نیاز به دسترسی به اینترنت نیز بتوانند نوبت خود را دریافت کنند.
تا کنون چه تعداد پزشک از خدمات شما استفاده کرده‌اند؟
تاکنون مراکز درمانی زیادی در استان فارس که هر کدام حدود ۲۰ پزشک دارند از خدمات استارتاپ ویزیطب استفاده کرده‌اند. روزانه هم این تعداد در حال اضافه شدن است. به طور کلی حدود ۱۰۰ مطب و ۲۰ مرکز درمانی تاکنون از خدمات ویزیطب استفاده کرده‌اند. تقریبا همه تخصص‌ها در پوشش داده‌ایم.
چه تعداد کاربر تاکنون از این طریق نوبت رزرو کرده‌اند و شیوه پرداخت حق ویزیت چگونه است؟
حدود ۱۰ هزار کاربر تاکنون از این طریق نوبت دریافت کرده‌اند و بسته به تمایل پزشک ویزیت به صورت آنلاین یا به صورت حضوری در مطب دریافت می‌شود.
شیوه درآمدزایی شما در ویزیطب چگونه است؟
شیوه درآمدزایی ما از طرف بیماران است و بابت خدماتی که می‌دهیم هزینه‌ای از آنها دریافت می‌کنیم که این هزینه بین ۱۰۰۰ تا ۳۰۰۰ تومان است که در واقع بابت حذف هزینه ایاب و ذهاب از بیماران دریافت می‌شود.
در حال حاضر به نقطه سر به سر رسیده‌اید؟
بله در حال حاضر به مرحله‌ای از درآمدزایی رسیده‌ایم که هزینه‌ها پوشش داده می‌شود. در اوایل کار را با سرمایه شخصی حدود ۳۰۰ تا ۴۰۰ میلیون تومان شروع کردیم و در حال حاضر یک سرمایه گذار ایرانی داریم و در حال جذب سرمایه‌گذار خارجی برای گسترش کار در کشورهای همسایه هستیم.
در این مدت که در بازار سلامت فعالیت کرده‌اید حجم بازار را چقدر ارزیابی کرده‌اید؟
استفاده از خدمات پزشکی در ایران آمار بالایی دارد. تنها ۳ درصد مراجعات برای عمل‌های زیبایی و زایمان است و اکثرا برای درمان به پزشکان مراجعه می‌کنند و ما با بازار بزرگی روبرو هستیم. ولی آمار دقیقی در این حوزه وجود ندارد ولی به طور کلی حجم بازار بزرگ است و ما تلاش می‌کنیم تا در حد توان بتوانیم بخشی از این بازار را بدست بیاوریم.
کشش بازار را در این مدت چطور ارزیایی کردید؟
با توجه اینکه مردم به سمت استفاده از فضای مجازی تمایل پیدا کرده‌اند استقبال خوبی از این خدمات صورت گرفته است. علاوه بر این با توجه به اینکه مشکلات رفت و آمد مردم را برطرف می‌کند مورد استقبال قرار گرفته است. البته سامانه‌هایی هستند که به صورت موازی کار می‌کنند و با توجه به اینکه اطلاعات پزشکان مهم است بهتر است شرکت‌هایی وارد این حوزه شوند که اطلاعات مشخصی دارند. ما شرکتی هستیم که اطلاعات مشخصی داریم و زیر نظر پارک علم و فناروی فارس فعالیت می‌کنیم و سعی می‌کنیم موارد قانونی را رعایت کنیم تا درر آینده دچار مشکل نشویم.
آینده بازار گردشگری سلامت را چطور ارزیابی می‌کنید؟
با توجه به اینکه در ایران پزشکان متخصص بنامی وجود دارد این بازار بسیار پرکشش است و از طرف کشورهای حاشیه خلیج فارس نیز این تقاضا وجود دارد. بر همین اساس یکی از کارهایی که در آینده می‌خواهیم به آن ورود کنیم همین موضوع گردشگری سلامت است. البته برای ورود به این بخش لازم است کار را گسترش دهیم. در این حوزه از مشاورانی استفاده می‌کنیم ولی به زودی به این حوزه نیز وارد می‌شویم.
