پریسا امام وردیلو-تحریریه‌ی مدتورپرس / صنعت اسپا هنوز در جهان و بیشتر در ایران یک صنعت بسیار جوان است و صنعتگران آن جوانانی هستند که عمر فعالیت حرفه‌ای آن‌ها به سختی به یک دهه می‌رسد. ولی باز هم در همین نزدیکی کشورهایی هستند که با سرمایه‌گذاری، تسهیل قوانین و آینده‌نگری چند دهه از ما پیش افتاده‌اند. صنعتگران جوان اما هنوز امیدوارند که جهش‌های صنعت اسپا را در سال‌های نزدیک ببینند. میعاد محسنی از همین جوان‌های حرفه‌ی تخصصی اسپا در ایران است که با او گفت‌وگویی درباره‌ی وضعیت این صنعت در ایران و نیز رویداد بین‌المللی اسپای آنتالیا که توسط شرکت گلدن رامااسپا در ۱۵ تا ۲۱ تیرماه در شهر آنتالیا برگزار می‌شود انجام دادیم که در ادامه می‌خوانید:
ورود شما به کسب‌وکار اسپا و خدمات ماساژ چگونه آغاز شد و اکنون با چه نام و برندی فعالیت می‌کنید؟
من بیش از هفت سال است که بطور رسمی و جدی وارد صنعت اسپا و خدمات ماساژ شدم. خانه ماساژ بجنورد را با همسرم مهسا ناظرفصیحی در سال 97 افتتاح کردیم که نخستین مجموعه دارای مجوز استان است و یک آموزشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ای ماساژ داریم. آزمونگر ماساژ در سازمان فنی و حرفه‌ای هم هستم. در این سال‌ها با گلدن راما اسپا از طریق شبکه‌های اجتماعی آشنا بودم. در سال 2021 در مسابقات رامااسپا شرکت کردیم و ارتباط با آن‌ها آغاز شد. در این زمان بود که در کلاس‌های استادانی مانند آقای شهریار اسماعیلی و خانم پانته‌آ ضیمران شرکت کرده و درباره رامااسپا اطلاعات بیشتری کسب کردیم. ما برای ارتقای کیفیت کار، حدود یک سال در آنتالیا زندگی کردیم. من در رویداد پیش رو در آنتالیا نیز عضو هیئت نظارت بر عملکرد داوران هستم.
در خراسان شمالی بازار اسپا چگونه است و مشتریان شما مردم استان هستند یا گردشگران؟
اسپا عموما در جاهایی راه‌اندازی می‌شد که آب غنی‌شده مانند آب‌های معدنی و چشمه‌های آب گرم داشته باشد. خراسان شمالی و شهر بجنورد چندان توریستی نیست. حتی استان خراسان شمالی دومین استان محروم کشور است. ولی مشتریان این خدمات عموما مردم بجنورد هستند. درصدی از مشتریان هم از شهرهای اطراف برای استفاده از خدمات اسپا مراجعه می‌کنند.
امروز و آینده صنعت خدمات ماساژ و اسپای ایران و الزامات و نیازهای رشد آن را چگونه ارزیابی می‌کنید؟
ایران در صنعت اسپا هنوز راه درازی در پیش دارد و باید در آن سرمایه‌گذاری‌های بسیاری کرد. ایران برای این صنعت ظرفیت فوق‌العاده‌ای دارد ولی هنوز تعریف شده و جا افتاده نیست. ما اگر به گذشته خود نگاه کنیم، همان گرمابه‌ها و خزینه‌های قدیم که همه مخروبه شده‌اند، شکل سنتی و قدیمی مراکز اسپا هستند. ترکیه برخلاف ایران از این ظرفیت و پیشینه استفاده کرد و در گردشگری اسپا و خدمات ماساژ برند شد. با اینحال به نظر من با پیشرفتی که خدمات ماساژ ایران در چند سال اخیر داشته، تا چند سال آینده در موضوع اسپا هم می‌توانیم جهش بلندی داشته باشیم. مهم‌ترین فاکتورهای رشد این صنعت دانش و آگاهی برای مدیران است تا تنوع خدمات و سطح درآمدزایی آن را بشناسند. وزارت گردشگری نیز می‌تواند حمایت‌ها و امتیازاتی را برای سرمایه‌گذاران صنعت اسپا در نظر بگیرد.
تاثیر رویدادهایی مانند آنچه در تیرماه در پیش داریم، در رشد صنعت اسپا چیست؟
رویدادها بیشترین اثر را دارند. به‌ویژه در امر اطلاع‌رسانی و آشنایی مردم و مدیران با اسپا بسیار مهم هستند. بسیاری از فعالان صنعت اسپا هم اطلاعات خود را از طریق این رویدادها کسب می‌کنند. ما در رویداد دو سال پیش بیشترین دانش را از کلاس‌های آقای شهریار اسماعیلی و خانم ضیمران که اولین‌های این صنعت را به ایران آوردند، کسب کردیم. وقتی دانش صاحبان کسب‌وکار اسپا و عموم مردم بالاتر باشد، ورود به این صنعت برای سرمایه‌گذار جذاب‌تر است.
اهمیت رویداد ترکیه برای فعالان کسب‌وکار اسپا چیست؟
مسابقات خدمات ماساژ همیشه در کشورهای مختلف برگزار می‌شود. ماسورها خود را محک می‌زنند و با ماسورهای دیگر و تکنیک‌های آنان آشنا می‌شوند. ولی رویداد امسال آنتالیا اهمیت ویژه‌ای دارد. زیرا برای نخستین بار مسابقات گروهی ماساژ را خواهیم داشت. مسابقات مراکز اسپا هم امسال به صورت پکیج برگزار می‌شود. سه مسابقه مختلف به همراه کارگاه‌های آموزشی با محتوای علمی قوی و باارزش که برای همه ماسورها و فعالان اسپا بسیار مفید است. خود ترکیه هم با برگزاری چنین رویدادی ظرفیت‌های خود را نشان می‌دهد، سرمایه‌گذار جذب می‌کند و در اسپا برند می‌شود. نمونه مشابه آن تایلند است که در خدمات ماساژ برند شد.
درباره گلدن رمااسپا، اثرگذاری آن و بازیگری‌اش در صنعت اسپا چه نظری دارید؟
مدیران گلدن راما اسپا در این صنعت جزو پیشروها و اولین‌ها بودند. کلید خوردن صنعت اسپا در ایران هم با دو نام شهریار اسماعیلی و ضیمران گره می‌خورد. حوزه‌ی خدمات ماساژ ایران همواره وامدار این دو متخصص است. راما اسپا همیشه حکم یک کالج را دارد که فعالان اسپا را آموزش داده، راه را نشان داده و باعث رشد آن‌ها شده است. تکنیک را همه می‌توانند بیاموزند ولی زوایای بسیاری را می‌توان در راما اسپا و در کنار آنان آموخت.
