گردهمایی فعالان توریسم پزشکی جهان در ششمین کنفرانس گردشگری پزشکی اروپا
کنفرانس جهانی توریسم پزشکی EMT در شهر آبانوترمه ایتالیا برگزار شد. این رویداد سه روزه شامل چند رویداد مختلف بود که از روز سه‌شنبه ۷ ژوئن ۲۰۲۲ با نشست ویژه‌ی «بیمه و نقش آن در گردشگری سلامت» در هتل آبانو ریتز ترمه Abano Ritz Hotel Terme با حضور شرکت‌های بیمه درمانی از اروپا و انگلستان افتتاح شد. در این نشست پنلی با عنوان «سفر برای سلامتی و رفاه» به منظور معرفی بیمه های درمانی و نظام رفاهی کشورهای سوئیس، ایتالیا و انگلستان و میزگردی با موضوع «برندسازی بیمارستان ها، کلینیک‌ها و ریزورت‌های آب گرم» برای بررسی نحوه همکاری این بخش‌ها با بیمه‌ها برگزار شد.
روز دوم کنفرانس جهانی توریسم پزشکی EMT در هتل الکساندر شهر آبانوترمه برگزار شد و در آن ماریا آنتونیتا پرنسیواله بنیان‌گذار پلتفرم بوکینگز مد BookingsMed، ناتالیا استروکوفسکا بنیان‌گذار آژانس DoctorGEO&SPA، مارکو گوتاردو نماینده آبانو هتل کلاستر و فدریکو باربیراتو شهردار شهر آبانو ترمه، ریکاردو مورتاندلو شهردار شهر مونتگروتو، امانوئل بوآرتو فرماندار مونتگروتو و دکتر فابریزیو کالدارا مدیر موسسه تحقیقاتی Pietro d’ Abano برگزار شد.
هم‌اندیشی درباره‌ی «تدوین استراتژی جدید برای ایجاد شبکه شراکت بین شرکت‌های فعال در اروپا و ترکیه» و همچنین هم‌اندیشی درباره‌ی «استراتژی‌های نفوذ در بازار برای اپراتورهای مراقبت‌های بهداشتی و سلامتی» با سخنرانی ایلان گوا، از چهره‌های شناخته‌شده گردشگری سلامت آمریکا از دیگر برنامه‌های روز دوم رویداد بود. همچنین «چالش‌های جدید در بازاریابی و مشتری‌یابی» موضوع بحث آزاد روز دوم همایش بود که طی آن، شرکت‌های مختلف فعال در گردشگری سلامت به منظور رسیدن به راهکاری مشترک،چالش‌های موجود در حوزه مارکتینگ و بازاریابی را با هم در میان گذاشتند. از دیگر بخش‌های جذاب روز دوم همایش نیز می‌توان به دو نشست «وضعیت هنر – درمان، توانبخشی و پیشگیری» و پنل «استراتژی برای جذب مشتری آمریکایی» اشاره کرد. برنامه‌ی جانبی روز دوم همایش نیز رویداد خیریه به نفع مردم جنگ‌زده اوکراین بود که توسط دکتر ویولتا یانیشفسکا و دکتر ایهور تورسکی کارشناسان انجمن گردشگری پزشکی اوکراین و مشارکت و حمایت مالی شرکت‌کنندگان همایش انجام شد.
پایان‌بخش روز دوم همایش برگزاری کارگاه آموزشی «انقلاب دیجیتال در مراقبت‌های بهداشتی» بود و در نهایت گواهینامه‌ای معتبر به شرکت‌های حاضر اعطا شد.
اما بخش مهم همایش EMT، برگزاری نشست‌های b2b بین شرکت‌کنندگان بود که در روز پایانی با استقبال کم‌نظیر حاضران در هتل پریمیر شهر آبانو ترمه برگزار شد. بیش از ۲۰۰ جلسه کسب‌وکاری در روز اختتامیه این رویداد برگزار و برخی هماهنگی‌ها برای همکاری‌های بیشتر بین شرکت‌ها انجام شد.
در ساعات پایانی روز اختتامیه همایش نیز، جلسه ارزیابی همایش با حضور برگزارکنندگان و برنامه ریزان اصلی برگزار شد تا ضمن بررسی کم و کیف برگزاری این همایش و شنیدن نقد و نظرها، فرصت‌های پیش‌روی گردشگری سلامت در اروپا بررسی و هماهنگی برای همایش‌های بعدی انجام شود. ماریا پرینسیواله بعد از این جلسه در گفت‌وگو با مدتورپرس ضمن تاکید بر این نکته که تنوع حاضرین در رویداد یکی از نقاط قوت این دوره بوده، تاکید کرد همکاری‌های زیادی در این سه روز بین شرکت‌ها شکل گرفت و می‌توان امیدوار بود که در آینده از دل آن‌ها روابط کسب‌وکاری منسجمی برقرار شود. همچنین عاطفه زارع از مدیران شرکت سفیران سلامت که از همکاران برگزاری این رویداد بود بعد از اتمام جلسه ارزیابیِ کنفرانس گردشگری سلامت اروپا به مدتورپرس گفت در این جلسه روی دستاوردها و نیازمندی‌های برگزاری رویداد سال بعد بحث و بررسی شد.
