همچنین مدیر اجرایی پروژه نوسازی توریستی در حوزه پزشکی در شهر تیوانا می‌گوید: «برج‌ها و امکانات جدید پزشکی در بالاترین و لوکس‌ترین سطح طراحی‌های جهانی در حال ساخته‌شدن است. پنت‌هاوس‌هایی به‌صورت دید ۳۶۰ برای تقویت روحیه بیماران، پزشکانی خبره در بالاترین سطح جهانی، مناظر طبیعی برای تقویت روحیه بیماران و بسیاری از امکانات دیگر که باعث تبدیل‌شدن این منطقه به یکی از خاستگاه‌های اصلی متقاضیان جراحی در زمینه‌های مختلف خواهد شد.»
مدیر اجرایی این پروژه در ادامه صحبت‌هایش، تاکید می‌کند: «جراحی‌های مربوط به دندان در تیوانا با یک‌چهارم هزینه‌های آمریکا و باکیفیتی مشابه و در بعضی موارد بیشتر، قابل‌انجام خواهد بود. همچنین زمان انجام جراحی یکی از عوامل مهم در این صنعت است. شما می‌توانید به‌جای رفتن به مکان‌هایی همچون «سن‌دیگوی» کالیفرنیا که با هزینه‌ای بسیار بالاتر همراه است، با انتخاب تیوانا به‌عنوان مقصد درمانی خود، هم در زمان و هم در هزینه خود صرفه‌جویی کنید. با این فاکتورها شما می‌توانید در نظر بگیرید که در کالیفرنیا جراحی شده‌اید، اما با زمان و هزینه کمتر و البته کیفیت بالاتر.»
هم‌اکنون یک میلیون آمریکایی برای انجام جراحی‌های مختلف به منطقه «باکا» سفر می‌کنند، که تیوانا در نظر دارد نقش بیشتری در تقسیم این سهم و جذب متقاضیان داشته باشد.
