دور تازه فشار وزارت بهداشت به استارتاپ‌های سلامت؛ هومکا به دادگاه فرا خوانده شد!
مدیرعامل هومکا با شکایت معاونت درمان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران به دادگاه فراخوانده شد
در سالی که تاکید بر اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان، اشتغال‌زایی و ایجاد فرصت برای کارآفرینی است، بار دیگر جلوی کسبوکارهای حوزه سلامت دیجیتال، گرفته شد. در تازه‌ترین رویارویی بخش دولتی سلامت با کسبوکارهای نوآور، مدیرعامل استارتاپ هومکا با شکایت معاونت درمان دانشگاه ایران و به اتهام تاسیس غیرمجاز موسسه پزشکی به دادگاه فراخوانده شده است!
این در حالی است که هومکا تاکید دارد پلتفرمی برای تسهیل ارائه خدمات سلامت در محل است که تمام مجوزهای مورد نیاز برای فعالیت چنین پلتفرمی را هم اخذ کرده است. در خبری که هومکا در این رابطه منتشر کرده، تاکید شده مشکل اصلی، عدم تطبیق مجوزهای قدیمی و به‌روز نشده حوزه سلامت با مدل کسبوکارهای نوآورانه در حوزه سلامت دیجیتال است.
احمد طاهرخانی مدیرعامل هومکا در رابطه با این موضوع گفت: «ما در انجمن سلامت الکترونیک همواره به دنبال تعامل و گفتگو با قانون‌گذاران این حوزه برای تدوین آیین‌نامه‌ای اصولی و منطبق بر کسبوکارهای حوزه‌ی سلامت دیجیتال بوده و هستیم. اما این اقدام، نه تنها مانعی برای رشد و نوآوری کسبوکارهای حوزه سلامت دیجیتال است، بلکه اثرات جدی بر انگیزه کارآفرینان جوانی خواهد گذاشت که قصد ورود به این حوزه را دارند.»
طاهرخانی با اشاره به نقش کسبوکارهای نوآور حوزه سلامت تاکید کرد: «در دوران سخت پیک‌های کرونا، خدمات استارتاپ‌های حوزه سلامت دیجیتال توانست مراجعات افراد به مراکز پرخطر درمانی را تا حد چشمگیری کاهش دهد و تاثیر مثبت بسیاری در روند بهبود بیماران بگذارد. اما مدام می‌بینیم که به جای تقدیر از این کسب‌کارها، از آن‌ها شکایت می‌شود و به دادگاه کشانده می‌شوند.»
فعالان حوزه سلامت دیجیتال در دو نشستی که در هفته‌های اخیر برگزار کرده بودند هم با اشاره به اقدامات مشابه حاکمیت علیه کسبوکارهای حوزه سلامت دیجیتال که پیش از این متوجه کسبوکارهای مشابه نیز شده بود، تاکید کرده بودند که این رویکرد نوآوری در این حوزه را نشانه گرفته و در نهایت موجب محرومیت مردم از خدمات نوآورانه سلامت‌محور خواهد شد.
در شرایطی که در سال تولید دانش‌بنیان و اشتغال آفرین، صحبت از فراهم آوردن بستر‌های لازم برای فعالیت استارتاپ‌های حوزه سلامت دیجیتال می‌شود و در آیین‌نامه استقرار سلامت الکترونیک نیز صراحتا اعلام شده است که باید از استارتاپ‌های این حوزه حمایت شود، به نظر می‌رسد حاکمیت کماکان علاوه بر مانع‌تراشی در مسیر تحول صنعت سلامت و دیجیتالی شدن آن و خلق ارزش برای جامعه، تلاش دارد نوآوری در این حوزه را با موج تازه‌ای از برخوردهای سلبی با استارتاپ‌ها به انزوا بکشاند.
