فم‌تریپ؛ مسیر ورود ایران به بازار جهانی توریسم
برنامه‌های فلایتیو در آستانه جام جهانی قطر
واژه فم تریپ با اینکه همزمان با ایجاد شبکه‌های اجتماعی وارد فرهنگ کمپین‌های تبلیغاتی شده، اما بازار جهانی این مدل تبلیغات در دنیا رو به گسترش است. فم‌تریپ، سفر افراد تأثیرگذار، اینفلوئنسرها و افراد شاخص جامعه برای آشنایی با مقاصد جدید گردشگری است و اینستاگرام با دو میلیارد کاربر فعال، در رأس سوشال‌مدیاها و شبکه‌های فعال اجتماعی قرار دارد.

فم تریپ چه تأثیری در توسعه گردشگری کشورها دارد؟
در پروسه گردشگری، افراد تا موقعی که با مقاصد سفر خود آشنا نباشند، به آن مقصد سفر نمی‌کنند. به عنوان مثال، مقصدی مانند سریلانکا هیچ‌گاه برای گردشگران جذاب نبوده چون شناختی درباره این مقصد نداشتند.
اما از موقعی که تعدادی گردشگر اینفلوئنسر به آنجا رفتند و از قطار معروف آن بازدید کردند و عکس‌هایی در فضای مجازی منتشر کردند، این مقصد معروف و باعث رونق آن شد و در نهایت افراد زیادی با این مقصد گردشگری آشنا شدند. در نهایت سریلانکا به عنوان یکی از مقاصد توریستی برای هر فرد که قصد سفر دارد، در نظر گرفته می‌شود.
در دنیا کشورهای مختلفی برای تبلیغات گردشگری خود بازاریابی مقصد (destination marketing) انجام می‌دهند. به عنوان مثال، کشور سوئد چند سال قبل، پروژه دولتی call sweden را اجرا کرد. به این صورت که وقتی به شماره تلفنی که از سوی دولت به گردشگران معرفی شده بود زنگ می‌زدی، به یکی از شهروندان سوئدی وصل می‌شد و می‌توانستی با او گفت‌و‌گو کنی. نکته اینجاست که با وجود سوشال‌مدیا و رسانه‌هایی که در دست اینفلوئنسرها و افراد مستقل قرار دارد، این کمپین‌ها از حالت دولتی خارج شده و گردشگران و شرکت‌های گردشگری در رأس انجام چنین کمپین‌هایی قرار دارند.
وجود رسانه‌های غیردولتی مانند اینستاگرام که بیش از دو میلیارد کاربر دارد و هیچ رسانه‌ای در دنیا به این بزرگی نیست و میلیون‌ها نفر می‌توانند با این مقصد فقط با یک پست ساده آشنا شوند، بسیار کمک‌کننده است.
آیا می توان انتظار داشت ایران نیز به عنوان یک مقصد مهم گردشگری در دنیا از طریق فضای مجازی شناخته شود؟
ایران نیز در طول این سال‌ها، از سوی دولت پروژه‌های مختلفی را به صورت سنتی انجام داده و کتابچه‌های معرفی جاذبه‌ها در اختیار توریست‌های خارجی قرار می‌گرفت و توریست‌ها معمولاً با در دست داشتن کتابچه‌های گردشگری ایران به جاهای دیدنی می‌رفتند.
یکی از این پروژه‌ها با شعار majestic iran (ایران باشکوه) مقداری پیش رفت، اما طبیعی است مانند بسیاری از کارهای دولتی دیگر با شکست مواجه شود. اما سال ۱۳۹۸یک گروه اینستاگرامی فعال با شعار feel iran از گروهی اینفلوئنسر اینستاگرامی دعوت کرد به ایران بیایند. این حرکت، بازخورد بسیار خوبی داشت.
چون این دعوت از طرف افراد آشنا به مفهوم فم‌تریپ انجام شده بود و این افراد توانستند جاذبه‌های توریستی واقعی ایران را به دنیا بشناسانند. هدف این تیم، مخابره یک پیام دولتی به دنیا نبود بلکه شناساندن جاذبه‌های واقعی ایران به تمام جهان بود. این پروژه تا حدی موفق‌تر از پروژه‌های قبلی بود و شرکت فلایتیو در این پروژه مشارکت کوچکی داشت. من فکر می‌کنم برای شناساندن ایران واقعی به دنیا یکی از بهترین راه‌ها فم‌تریپ خواهد بود.
در واقع، گردشگری کاری به اشاعه ایده‌ای خاص ندارد و بیشتر به دنبال کشف جاذبه‌هاست و اگر گردشگر دیدن مکانی توریستی برایش جذابیت داشته باشد و با سلیقه‌اش جور باشد، سفر می‌کند. سفر از دید فلایتیو، یک کشف است. کشف دنیای بیرون و دنیای درون.
برنامه‌های فلایتیو در زمینه فم تریپ چیست؟
با توجه به اینکه جام جهانی قطر در آبان ماه امسال است و تا چند هفته قبل و بعد از آن ادامه پیدا می‌کند، مسافران زیادی وارد منطقه خاورمیانه خواهند شد. فلایتیو نیز همگام با برنامه‌های جام جهانی، این ظرفیت را ایجاد کرده تا از طریق فم‌تریپ قبل از اینکه گردشگران وارد منطقه خاورمیانه شوند، ایران را به صورت مقصد هدف‌گذاری شده به گردشگران دنیا معرفی کند.
در این راستا با شرکت‌ها و اینفلوئنسرهای مختلف همکاری می‌کنیم و هدف این است که این توریست‌ها برای سفر از ظرفیت‌های گردشگری ایران استفاده کنند و این باعث می‌شود ایران نیز از کشورهای دیگر منطقه خاورمیانه عقب نیفتد. چه آنکه برای گردشگر خارجی نیز هزینه سفر به ایران خیلی ارزان‌تر از سفر به کشورهای دیگر است و این پتانسیل بزرگی برای رشد گردشگری کشور ایجاد می‌کند.
چطور شد که فم تریپ را برای مارکتینگ فلایتیو انتخاب کردید؟
از همان سال ۹۸ که همکاری کوچکی با پیج اینستاگرامی feel iran و یکی از اعضای این تیم به نام هدی رستمی (اینفلوئنسر و جهانگرد) آغاز کردیم، به دلیل اهداف همسویی که فلایتیو و گروه feel iran در جهت رونق گردشگری در ایران و افزایش گردشگر با یکدیگر داشتند، امسال نیز همزمان با برنامه‌ریزی برای جام جهانی تصمیم گرفتیم در کنار مجموعه اینستاگرامی feel iran باشیم تا با ایجاد کمپین‌های تبلیغاتی، توریست‌های بیشتری به ایران جذب شوند.
کارهایی که کسب‌وکارهای نوآور می‌توانند برای جذب توریست انجام دهند چیست؟
