کارگاه سه‌ساعته‌ای از بنیان‌گذار مدتورپرس با همکاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران درباره اینکه هوش مصنوعی چطور کسب‌وکار پزشکان را دگرگون خواهد کرد
کارگاه کاربردهای هوش مصنوعی در صنعت سلامت به میزبانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران و با حضور جمعی از علاقمندان و دانشجویان رشته‌های مختلف پزشکی برگزار شد. در این کارگاه رضا جمیلی بنیان‌گذار مدتورپرس و آینده‌پژوه حوزه سلامت از تغییراتی که فناوری ازجمله هوش مصنوعی در چند سال آینده در حوزه کسب‌وکار پزشکی رقم خواهد زد صحبت کرد.
در ابتدای این کارگاه سه ساعته محمدرضا زاهدی مدیرعامل گروه پیشگامان ونچرز درباره چرایی برگزاری این کارگاه با تاکید بر اینکه کارآفرینی سلامت را باید در جامعه پزشکی ترویج کرد گفت: «تجربه بنیان‌گذار مدتورپرس در این حوزه کمک خواهد کرد درک درست‌تری از آینده نظام سلامت داشته باشیم.» او با اشاره به دوره‌های برگزار شده در این زمینه تاکید کرد تلاش مجموعه پیشگامان این است که توجه بازیگران صنعت سلامت ازجمله پزشکان را به ضرورت یادگیری کسب‌وکار سوق دهد.
در ادامه جمیلی در کارگاهی با عنوان AI & the Future Of Healthcare از تاثیرات موج گسترده توسعه فناوری و ابزارهای مرتبط با هوش مصنوعی در صنعت سلامت و تغییر کسب‌وکار پزشکان گفت. او ابتدا با طرح این سوال که کسب‌وکار سلامت امروز در چه وضعیتی است تلاش کرد برای پزشکانی و دانشجویانی که در این کارگاه حضور داشتند این موضوع را برجسته کند که روندهای فعلی کسب درامد از حرفه پزشکی در آخرین سال‌های خود به سر می‌برد و به‌زودی مدل‌های بیزنسی این حرفه تغییر خواهد کرد. برای نمونه این موضوع مهم را مورد تحلیل قرار داد که مهم‌ترین تغییرات بازار کار یا صنعتی که در آن کار می‌کنید در ده سال گذشته چه بوده است؟ اینکه ورود دستگاه‌های جدید، متدهای جدید، نیازهای جدید و یا مشتریان جدید چطور کسب‌وکار بیمارستان‌ها و پزشکان را در این ده سال دگرگون کرده است.

جمیلی سپس با اشاره به توسعه جنون‌آمیز فناوری‌های پیشرفته مرتبط با حوزه سلامت و حرفه پزشکی این سوال کلیدی را مطرح کرد که مهم‌ترین تغییرات ده سال آینده چه خواهد بود؟ او اما قبل از پاسخ به این سوال و مطرح کردن اینکه چطور هوش مصنوعی و دیگر فناوری‌های برهم‌زننده این آینده را شکل خواهند داد به این نکته محوری اشاره کرد که برای داشتن یک پیش‌بینی درست از آینده اول باید بدانیم درک ما از آینده را چه چیزی می‌سازد؟ اینکه ذهنیت فعلی پزشکان و میدان و افق دید کسب‌وکاری آن‌ها چطور ممکن است موجب خطا در پیش‌بینی درست‌تر آینده حرفه‌شان شود.
جمیلی پیش‌بینی کرد که احتمالا در آینده این مهندسان خواهند بود که سهم اصلی را از بازار بزرگ پزشکی و مراقبت‌های پزشکی خواهند داشت و درآمدهای پزشکان به شدت کمتر از امروز خواهد بود. او دلیل این امر را در ذهنیت درست جامعه مهندسان در مواجهه با فناوری و مفهوم آینده دانست. اینکه آن‌ها معمولا بهتر آینده بازارهای مختلف را می‌توانند پیش‌بینی کنند و همین جلوتر بودن از دیگر اصناف و اقشار است که به آن‌ها کمک کرده در ده- بیست سال گذشته سهم خوبی از ثروت بازارهایی مانند حمل‌ونقل، خرده‌فروشی، اقتصاد دیجیتال و … بگیرند.
تحول دیجیتال در حرفه پزشکی
در بخش دیگری از این کارگاه، بنیان‌گذار مدتورپرس با اشاره به اینکه موج تحول دیجیتال یا همان Digital transformation به صنعت سلامت رسیده و به‌زودی شاهد تغییرات بنیادین در کسب‌وکار پزشکان خواهیم بود گفت: «مهم‌ترین تغییرات صنعت سلامت تحت تاثیر فناوری در چهار حوزه خواهد بود که در نهایت با تحقق این اهداف حرفه پزشکی هم دگرگون خواهد شد.» او این تغییرات را اینگونه برشمرد:

جمیلی سپس چند فناوری مانند ذخیره‌سازی و محسابات ابری و محسابات کوانتومی را معرفی و تحلیل کرد که منجر خواهند شد بیگ‌دیتا یا کلان‌داده‌های نظامت سلامت تبدیل به متغیری کلیدی در آینده بیمارستان‌ها و مطب‌ها و کلینیک‌ها شوند. او با طرح این سوال که داده‌های بدن ما را چه کسی می‌تواند پردازش کند؟ گفت: «امروز برای این سوال پاسخی نداریم اما وقتی فناوری ابری و کوانتومی به بیمارستان‌ها و مطب‌ها برسد به راحتی می‌توان دیتاهای لحظه‌ای و بیشمار میلیون‌ها بیمار را همزمان رصد و دنبال کرد و برای آن‌ها راه‌حل پزشکی در لحظه تجویز کرد. این همان چیزی است که مفهوم بیمارستان‌ها را دگرگون خواهد کرد و احتمالا مفهوم «مراقبت‌های منزل‌محور» را جایگزین آن می‌کند. این یعنی هزاران شغل از بین خواهند رفت و هزاران شغل جدید در صنعت پزشکی متولد خواهند شد.»
جمیلی در پایان با برشمردن چند نمونه از کارکردهای فعلی هوش مصنوعی در پزشکی به استارتاپ‌هایی اشاره کرد که همین حالا خدمات آن‌ها در کشورهای غربی و آمریکا مورد استفاده پزشکان قرار گرفته است. او تحول در صنعت تصویربرداری پزشکی، فیزیوتراپی، دارو و بیماری‌های روانی را سرآغاز شروع ورود موج هوش مصنوعی به پزشکی دانست. او تاکید کرد پزشکانی و دانشجویان پزشکی که همین امروز هوش مصنوعی را مورد توجه قرار دهند احتمالا به‌زودی از دستیارهای هوش مصنوعی استفاده خواهند کرد و آن‌ها که متوجه اهمیت این فناوری نیستند در دو سه سال آینده از بازار کار پزشکی حذف خواهند شد.
