در ایران صف انتظاری برای جراحی‌ها وجود ندارد

دکتر علی‌اصغر نوری پزشک و مسئول اجرایی امور بیماران بین‌الملل مجموعه بیمارستان های عرفان و عرفان نیایش از ظرفیت‌های گردشگری سلامت ایران می‌گوید. 

مجموعه بیمارستان‌ های عرفان و عرفان نیایش نزدیک به دوسال است که مجوز ipd خود را از وزارت بهداشت دریافت کرده است. دکتر علی‌اصغر نوری با اشاره به اهداف این بیمارستان در این حوزه می‌گوید:«ما برای آنکه بتوانیم به‌صورت استاندارد بیمار خارجی جذب کنیم با شرکت‌ها و هلدینگ‌های مختلف وارد مذاکره شده‌ایم و سعی کردیم که از طریق آن‌ها برند بیمارستان را به کشورهای بازار هدف معرفی کنیم.»

مجموعه بیمارستان های عرفان در چه حوزه‌هایی به گردشگران سلامت خدمات ارائه می‌دهد؟

تمام خدمات پزشکی، درمانی و زیبایی در مجموعه بیمارستان‌های عرفان قابل انجام است. پیچیده‌ترین عمل‌ها به‌خصوص در زمینه جراحی‌های مغز و اعصاب، ارتوپدی، اورولوژی و… در مجموعه عرفان انجام می‌شود. در زمینه زیبایی هم می‌توانم بگویم که کلیه جراحی‌های زیبایی را هم در این بیمارستان انجام می‌دهیم. ناگفته نماند که بخش رادیوتراپی بیمارستان بسیار فعال است.

مجموعه بیمارستان های عرفان چه رویکردی را در صنعت گردشگری سلامت دنبال می‌کند؟

این مجموعه به‌دنبال این است که بالاترین استاندارد را در زمینه درمان به گردشگران سلامت ارائه کند. درواقع هدف ما این است که حیثیت پزشکی و جامعه ایران را در مقابل بیمار بین‌الملل و کشورهای دیگر حفظ کنیم. به‌همین سبب تمام تلاش می‌کنیم که بیمار را از طریق شرکت‌های تسهیل‌گر جذب کرده و این رویکرد را که به هر قیمتی بیمار جذب کنیم، نداریم. ما در عرفان و عرفان نیایش دلالی بد را اصلا تائید نمی‌کنیم و به‌هیچ‌وجه با این افراد همکاری نخواهیم کرد.

باتوجه به فعالیت‌های شما در این بیمارستان ظرفیت گردشگری پزشکی ایران را چگونه ارزیابی می‌کنید. به‌نظر شما آیا ایران ظرفیت این را دارد که بازار وسیع‌تری را در این صنعت در اختیار داشته باشد؟

این موضوع جنبه‌های مختلف دارد اما درحال حاضر این اتفاق در حال رخ دادن است. ما در مجموع بیمارستان‌های عرفان بیمارانی از کشورهای مختلف از جمله کانادا، استرالیا و ناحیه اروپا داشتیم. بحث قیمت و هزینه تمام شده برای بیمار یک مزیت خوبی را برای گردشگری سلامت کشور ایجاد کرده است. یکی دیگر از مزیت‌های پزشکی در ایران سرعت بالای جراحی‌ها در کشور است. در کشورهایی مانند کانادا هزینه درمان بسیار بالاست و یک بیمار برای آنکه یک عمل جراحی را با هزینه مناسب انجام دهد باید ماه‌ها در انتظار باشد که این موضوع برای سلامتی او خطرناک است. اما در ایران صف انتظاری برای جراحی‌ها وجود ندارد و بیمار می‌تواند به‌سرعت تحت عمل جراحی قرار بگیرد. به‌همین سبب آن‌ها می‌خواهند به کشور دیگری برای انجام جراحی‌ها سفر کنند که ما باید با فعالیت درست در این راستا، ایران را تبدیل به یک مقصد مناسب برای گردشگران سلامت کنیم.

به‌طورکلی پتانسیل و ظرفیت ایران در این حوزه بسیار بالا است؛ زیرا پزشکان ایرانی دارای پتانسیل فنی بالایی هستند و در بسیاری از کنفرانس‌های بین‌المللی به‌عنوان مدرس حضور دارند. از سویی دیگر همانطورکه اشاره کرده‌ام هزینه درمان در ایران پایین است. ما باید از این ظرفیت‌ها استفاده کرده و با اجرای سیاست‌های بازتر در جذب گردشگر، استفاده از خدمات لوکس جانبی برای گردشگران سلامت، داشتن برنامه‌ریزی درست و استفاده از روندهای سیستماتیکی که بیمار را به‌شیوه درست و اصولی جذب کند، بتوانیم از ظرفیت‌های این حوزه استفاده کنیم. متاسفانه ما در کشور برای فراهم کردن اسباب راحتی برای گردشگر سلامت نسبت به رقبایمان مانند ترکیه کمی ضعیف عمل کرده‌ایم که باید اصلاح شود.

باتوجه به مواردی که درخصوص ظرفیت ایران گفتید به‌نظر شما بازاریابی و برندینگ این صنعت چگونه باید باشد؟

ما می‌توانیم به کشور ترکیه نگاه کنیم که کاملا به‌صورت برنامه‌ریزی شده و بر روی اصول در این حوزه فعالیت می‌کنند. آن‌ها بیمارانشان را با پکیج‌ها و تکنیک‌های بازاریابی آماده جذب می‌کنند. سرویس‌های گردشگری جانبی که به بیماران ارائه می‌دهند بسیار جذاب است. شاید تعدادی از این سرویس‌ها را نتوان در ایران ارائه داد اما بسیاری از آن‌ها در کشور وجود دارد و گردشگران از آن‌ها استقبال می‌کنند. مانند منطقه سرعین که هم جذابیت گردشگری و هم درمانی دارد.

ما همچنین باید از طریق شرکت‌های تسهیل‌گری و بین‌المللی، خدمات درمانی، پزشکی و جاذبه‌های گردشگری خود را معرفی کنیم.

به‌نظر شما صنعت گردشگری سلامت با چه چالشی مواجه است که مجموعه بیمارستان‌های عرفان هم با آن مواجه شده است؟

یکی از مهمترین چالش‌ها این صنعت هماهنگ نبودن سیستم‌های مدیریتی بیمارستان‌های خصوصی و همچنین سیستم‌های سازمانی کل کشور است. این موضوع به‌صورت مستقیم بر روی فعالیت‌های بیمارستان‌ها تاثیر می‌گذرد. این موضوع لازم است که بین مجموعه حاکمیتی و مجموعه خصوصی هماهنگی نیز ایجاد شود و همچنین بیمارستان‌های دولتی و وزارت بهداشت به بیمارستان‌های خصوصی اعتماد بیشتری کنند. وزارت بهداشت باید در جلساتی که برای بیمارستان‌ها برگزار می‌کند راه‌های بهتر و شفاف‌تری را برای فعالیت بیمارستان‌های خصوصی در این صنعت باز کند و همه موارد را ضابطه‌مندتر کند. این موضوع کمک می‌کند که هر شخص و نهادی در جایگاه و حیطه فعالیت خود، پیش برود. مورد مهم دیگری که وجود دارد این است که موضوع رقابت قیمتی از بین برود؛ زیرا رقابت‌های قیمتی فعالیت در این حوزه را از شفافیت خارج می‌کند.
