آینده نظام‌های سلامت را فناوری رقم خواهد زد
چرا عده‌ای فکر می‌کنند فناوری برای نظام‌های سلامت خوب است اما عده‌ای دیگر نگرانند؟
کشورهای ثروتمند سالانه در مجموع حدود ۶۰۰ میلیارد دلار در نظام درمانی خود پول هدر می‌دهند چراکه سیستم‌های سلامت‌شان را نتوانسته‌اند کاملا دیجیتال کنند! این عدد تقریبا برابر با کل اقتصاد کشوری چون سوئد است.
غول‌‌های تکنولوژی همچون گوگل، مایکروسافت و اپل می‌خواهند با بیمارستان‌ها و سیستم‌های درمانی برای بهبود کیفیت زندگی شهروندان همکاری داشته باشند. اما راه این همکاری هنوز هموار نشده است.
چراکه موضوعی که از سوی برخی کارشناسان و یا متولیان نظام‌های درمانی مطرح می‌شود این است: آیا مردم باید به این پلتفرم‌ها برای دسترسی به داده‌های سلامت جامعه اعتماد کنند؟
درست همین روزها در ایران بحث بر سر ممنوعیت فعالیت پلتفرم‌هایی چون اسنپ‌دکتر، آپ و دیگر استارتاپ‌های پزشکی در حوزه آزمایش کرونا و دسترسی به داده‌های سلامت مردم مطرح شده. عده‌ای صحبت از ممنوعیت می‌کنند، عده‌ای دیگر جریمه و هشدار و عده‌ای هم در دفاع از نوآوری و حکمرانی خوب، از متولیان و نقش‌آفرینان سنتی می‌خواهند راه نوآوری را سد نکنند.
به نظر می‌رسد فناوری چه ما خواهیم و چه نه؛ از این پس در نظام‌های سلامت نقشی کلیدی را برعهده خواهد گرفت و در کنار بازیگران سنتی این سیستم‌ها مانند بیمارستان‌ها، دانشگاه‌های علوم‌پزشکی، پزشکان و… باید منتظر نقش‌آفرینی شرکت‌های بزرگ فناوری هم در حوزه سلامت باشیم.
نگرانی‌ها و دلخوشی‌های این تغییر پارادایمی هرچه باشد باید منتظر بهبود سطح کیفیت خدمات درمانی از یک سو و کمتر شدن هدررفت منابع درمانی از سوی دیگر باشیم. هرچند که باید برای حریم خصوصی بیماران و شهروندان و راه‌های جلوگیری از داده‌های بزرگ هم تمهیداتی اندیشید.
